Mr Robertson looked after my mother when she had her gall bladder removed. He was very considerate and patient and listened to all of her questions and gave explanations in a way she could understand and allowed her to make decisions about her own health. He had a friendly professional nature and took his time to check on my mum afterwards and update me when she had received her surgery. I think one of the most important things about this Dr is that he had credibility and was very calm and considered, but not at all aloof or too busy to put his patient first... although I am guessing he's exceptionally busy!! Thank you, we would recommend again and have done already.

Mr Robertson dealt with my inguinal hernia at Leicester Nuffield in October 2013. At all times he was calm, re-assuring, professional and efficient and the whole team at the Nuffield were excellent. Highly recommended!

I found Mr Robertson very easy to understand and he comprehensively explained the procedure I was to have in an easy going manner that put me quickly at ease and demonstrated his professional abilities. At all times in the pre and post procedure I felt comfortable and reassured. In follow up meetings I felt at ease and confident that all had gone exactly to plan.

His explanation of what was going to be involved was simple , not overcomplicated and reassuring. He and his team did a brilliant job. I had Cholecystectomy (Laparoscopi) in September. I was only in24 hours I found the care on the ward by all the staff excellent . Food and menu very good. Standard hygiene very good Mr. G Robertson performed my operation he always treated me with respect and kindness ,and explained procedureds before hand. Giving me the confidence and trust in him. He is Professional at all times, also caring.
